Saturday Session Breakdown

Branding: The Branding Module includes 2 hours of classroom education followed by an additional hour of Mentorship in which your trainers will answer questions and workshop your specific brand with the class. Everything from Logos, the company Dresscode, and your Studio space are up for discussion!

Marketing: Learn specific marketing ideas that will allow for organic growth and will get your business in front of your target audience. Rather than fielding tons of calls from people who are not your ideal client, learn how to attract exclusive clients that are ready to buy during that initial conversation. The Marketing Workshop will provide an additional hour of mentorship for you to ask questions and come up with actionable ways to Market to your target audience immediately.


Sunday Session Breakdown

Sales: In this module we will go over verbiage, presentation, how much information to share, understanding your client and their needs and how to best assist them. we will go over techniques for in-person, over the phone and through email sales. You will learn Ross’ 3 step approach to closing sales at a 90-95% close rate. After two hours of classroom, you guessed it - the final hour will be spent workshopping your business and your specific Sales Techniques.

Wrap Up: The Training Team will remain at the training center until all of your questions have been answered and you feel confident to get back to work Monday morning! You can also use this time to have your training team assist you with setting up exclusive whole accounts with major detailing supply companies that will help you save money on all your products and supplies!


Meet Your Trainer Team

 

Ross

Ross E Miller is the Founder and CEO of Rehab Auto Group where he oversees several businesses including brands such as Cleveland Custom Wheels, Rehab Auto Design, Cleveland Tesla and Cleveland Auto Reserve. He has been modifying cars for over 30 years; with several cars making their way to the SEMA show and even Pebble Beach. Ross also successfully created the market for high end detailing, protection and customization in Cleveland, Ohio in 2013 when there seemed to be no market available.

Ross is excited to begin sharing his immense knowledge of both installation techniques and how to brand, market and sell in order to fill your shop with high-end vehicles from exclusive clients!


Aliya

Aliya Miller is a Physical Therapist by trade but took an interest in cars, detailing and customization over the years thanks to Ross and Rehab Detailing. While she continues to learn about supercars, her interest mostly falls to trucks, and yes, that is her pink 4Runner in the photo.

Aliya joined the Rehab team in 2020 to do all of the behind the scenes work to keep the businesses running smoothly. Questions about HR, Bookkeeping, or Client Management? Aliya is happy to advise!
