Participants will become certified Aqua Tek Installers with the Ceramic Coating that is taking the industry by storm! Aqua Tek is the result of years of work by Mike Cardenas and Jason Warnock. After having worked in the industry for over 20 years, the two have seen everything that is right and wrong with Ceramic Coatings. They spent over two years developing, testing, and manufacturing Aqua Tek to ensure that it was the most user friendly and protective coating ever seen in the industry.

We will go over some proven Branding, Marketing and Selling Techniques that will allow you to maximize your perceived value to the clients which will result in more sales and at a higher price point!

Saturday Session Breakdown

Branding/Marketing/Sales: - This hour long module will cover tips to strengthen your brand to not only get more clients but also to appeal to your ideal clientele. You will also learn how to break into your niche market, maximize marketing dollars and close more sales with less effort.

Paint Correction - Classroom: - This 2.5 hour module will cover topics such as paint types, levels of finish, selecting the appropriate pads and polishes, lighting, paint correction techniques, accessing hard to reach areas.

Paint Correction - Studio: - Saturday afternoon will be spent in the studio observing and practicing all paint correction topics and techniques addressed in the classroom.

Sunday Session Breakdown

Ceramic Coatings - Classroom: In this module we will go over technical information and history of ceramic coatings and how Aqua Tek was founded and formulated. We will go over how to apply Aqua Tek and how to maintenance it.

Ceramic Coatings - Studio: Hands-on Practice applying various products from Aqua Tek on a vehicle in the studio.

Wrap Up: - The Training Team will remain at the training center until all of your questions have been answered and you feel confident to get back to work Monday morning! You can also use this time to have your training team assist you with setting up exclusive whole accounts with major detailing supply companies that will help you save money on all your products and supplies!

Ross

Ross E Miller is the Founder and CEO of Rehab Auto Group where he oversees several businesses including brands such as Cleveland Custom Wheels, Rehab Auto Design, Cleveland Tesla and Cleveland Auto Reserve. He has been modifying cars for over 30 years; with several cars making their way to the SEMA show and even Pebble Beach. Ross also successfully created the market for high end detailing, protection and customization in Cleveland, Ohio in 2013 when there seemed to be no market available.

Ross is excited to begin sharing his immense knowledge of both installation techniques and how to brand, market and sell in order to fill your shop with high-end vehicles from top-notch clients!

Mike

Mike Cardenas is the Owner/Operator of Forza Detailing and the Co-Founder of Aquatek Coatings. Mike has been a powerhouse in the industry for 20 years; involved in every aspect of the detailing world, from being a global brand rep, to running million dollars shops, to consulting for shop owners around the country and taking their businesses to 8 figures!

The accolades and acomomlishments don’t stop there, Mike is an internationally recognized detailer and regarded one of the top 20 detailers in North America by Dupont Registry Magazine. Mike has appeared on television shows such as "Competition Ready" on the Velocity Channel and "Detroit Muscle" on the History Channel. Mike also has been featured in magazines, newspapers, podcasts and is a contributing author on "Ask a Pro Blog" for Detailedimage.com. As an officially trained concours judge for the Porsche Club of America, Mike is trained and certified by companies such as Meguiar's, Sonax, Griot's Garage, 22ple, Glassparency, Ceramic Pro and Xpel. He is also Internationally recognized by Sonax Germany as an official authorized detailer, one of only 5 currently in the United States.​

Jason

Jason Warnock, owner and operator at Continental Auto Detail and Co-Founder of Aquatek Coatings.

Jason is and Esoteric Detailer Academy graduate who has been detailing for 20 years out of Columbus, Ohio. He is also an accomplished trainer, having taught hundreds of students over the years.

For the past few years, Jason has placed his focus on developing and testing Aqua Tek Coatings with Mike. After years of research and development, they have brought the next evolution in high end detailing to market!

Aliya

Aliya Miller is a Physical Therapist by trade but took an interest in cars, detailing and customization over the years thanks to Ross and Rehab Detailing. While she continues to learn about supercars, her interest mostly falls to trucks, and yes, that is her pink 4Runner in the photo.
